2013-14 Ice Fees - Info and Agreement

Dear WTM Players, Families & Friends:
 
On March 21, 2013, the WTM Board approved a new policy for ice fees. Beginning this season, all members will be required to sign an ice fee agreement prior to their child being placed on a team.  This agreement will require your coverage of all ice fees for next season, should you desire to obtain a financial release in order to play for another GSL organization.
 
Several GSL organizations already have this policy, and the WTM Board has determined that we must follow suit.  Unfortunately, we have experienced players abruptly leaving WTM once team rosters have been set and ice contracts signed.  The new policy also addresses timely, ice collections and the process by which that will happen.
 
The WTM Board has also set the ice fees for next season, which are listed in the new agreement.  
 
The new policy is available on-line and will be at the check-in table during the evaluations this week. Please review the policy and if you have any questions or concerns, please speak with any of the Board members at the rink or send me an e-mail.
